DEBRA’s EB Community Support Team is here to help the EB community with information, practical, financial and emotional support, guidance and advocacy at every stage of life.

Now, we are pleased to be trialling an Information and Enquiries Line on 01344 577689, every Monday. This is a brand-new phone service for people living with EB and EB healthcare professionals. We will be on hand during this time to answer your questions and signpost you to further support.

Starting from 22 July 2024, you can call on Mondays between 9am and 1pm.

Don’t worry if you can’t call during this time. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, you can still get in touch by email at [email protected]. You can still call 01344 577689 throughout the week as well, but may need to leave a message.

For other support and referrals to the EB Community Support Team, please continue to use the same number or send us an email. Our current response time is within four working days, but our team leaders will pick up any urgent referrals and allocate them accordingly.

If you know anyone else living with EB who might benefit from giving us a call, please let them know about our new phone service. We’re here to help people with all types of EB however we can.
